The property offers over 31,576 acres of land in its natural condition with more than 10 miles of sea frontage on the Corozal Bay. It is one of the largest remaining seafront properties in the country of Belize.

It has a mass of wild life and exotic birds and Corozal Bay has the second largest marine protected area in Belize.

As one of the few remaining large parcels of unspoilt land in Belize, it has everything – jungle, tropical flora and fauna, savannah, beaches and ocean. The property also has lagoons and a fresh-water cenote.

It is located in the south east corner of the Corozal District and is the closest mainland to Belize’s number one tourist destination, San Pedro on Ambergris Caye, only a 20 minute boat ride away. It is also very close to Leonardo DiCaprio’s Blackadore Caye, soon in itself, to become an exclusive tourist destination.

The property is surrounded by various reserves and protected areas interested in the preservation of rain forests and endangered species.

Bordering on the west are Mennonite farming communities with their friendly and productive non-mechanised farms.

To the South are more forests, small farms and the friendly village communities of Bomba, Maskall and Corozalito.

The famous Maya sites of Cerros, Altun Ha, and Lamanai are in this area of Belize.

The property consists of three parcels and includes approximately 30,000 acres of buildable land with hardwood forests with Mahogany, Spanish Cedar, and Zericote and approximately 6,000 acres of coastal lagoons and wetlands. Approximately 80% of the coastline is immediately developable.
